At Melody L. Beach Consulting, we recognize that different organizations have different HR requirements as well as goals. We offer flexible human resources consulting options customized to support your human capital needs, both on-site and virtually. Our outsourced human resources consulting model provides a dedicated HR professional for organizations that need regular part-time human resources support while the project consulting model provides HR expertise to meet a specific project or human resources need.
About Melody L. Beach
Melody Beach has more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional supporting, implementing, and executing all tactical aspects of human capital strategies. Her goal is always to increase organizational effectiveness in alignment with a company’s goals and objectives. She collaborates with key stakeholders, senior leaders and cross-functional managers, and coaches them in talent management areas, including performance management, training and development, total rewards and succession planning.
She draws on her experience working within corporate manufacturing for 28 years in multiple roles, including generalist, manager, business partner, facility security officer and executive assistant. She provided strategic business-level consultation to client departments on a broad range of human resources issues for more than 500 employees in four business sectors, across eight locations in North America.
In 2018, Melody founded Melody L. Beach Consulting Group, a Central Massachusetts-based company that provides human resources services to small- and medium-size companies and transitional coaching for individuals looking to make a change. She is a licensed group leader for three 50+ Jobseekers in Massachusetts Statewide Networking Groups, which provide transitional coaching, skills assessment and education to group members. In addition, Melody is a board member of the nonprofit For One Child Foundation, and a treasurer of the Woonsocket Elks, Lodge 850. She serves on the AARP Executive Council for Massachusetts, volunteers for their Speakers Bureau program, and is a member of their Worcester Volunteer Committee (WVC).
Melody earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Newbury College and her Master of Science degree in Leadership & Human Resources Management from Northeastern University. A Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, MBTI Step 1 and Step 2, Melody was professionally trained through The Center for Application of Psychological Type (CAPT).
Melody lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband and three “fur babies.” She loves gardening, meditation and yoga. Much of her spare time is spent riding her Harley-Davidson on country roads in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts or hiking and camping in the Berkshires.

Kristin Donahoo – Administrative Support
Kristin Donahoo is an accomplished Administrative Support Professional with over 20 years’ experience supporting mid to C-level management. Her career started in Human Resources (6 years) and she has spent the past 16 in Research Quality Assurance.
She has experience with FDA inspections; document audits; finance and accounting; records management; report preparation, proofreading, editing and formatting. Kristin attended St. Phillip’s College in San Antonio, TX with a focus on General Education. She resides in Lunenburg with her two young boys.

DeAun Twogood
DeAun Twogood has a passion for HR compliance and policy. She spent many years mitigating co-employment risk of contingent workers and advising business partners on HR processes. Prior to HR, DeAun prepared budgets, and forecasted corporate spending in the IT industry. She brings her inquisitive mind and quest for solving puzzles as she provides business guidance.
