I have been a member of the Worcester 50+ Jobseekers in Massachusetts Statewide Networking Group for several months. I find Melody to be very knowledgeable based on her years of work in HR. She goes over resume writing – covering the best buzz words to use in order to get past ATS systems, how to setup LinkedIn profiles, and how to properly deliver the 30 second elevator speech.
Melody also has guest speakers attend the sessions covering volunteering or recruiting managers discussing available positions. I find the sessions to be very helpful and encouraging! Melody makes herself available outside of our sessions offering assistance with resumes or LinkedIn.
